The award for acknowledging excellence in Professional Standards was introduced 4 years ago to recognize the effort of many of our firms striving for outstanding quality in advice and in the advice process. It also aims to promote the importance of raising the benchmark in terms of professional standards. The three areas examined were:
- The Compliance ratings for the previous 12 months
- The advisers qualifications and commitment to ongoing training and
- The advisers commitment to continual improvement of Professional Standards within their practice.
Congratulations, Peter Foley.
The Client Choice award is the adviser who has been endorsed by the clients as having outstanding customer service and advice. Clients were invited to participate in a survey that requested comment on advice, strategy, accessibility of adviser as well as frequency of communication, transparency of fees and how well the adviser understood the client's situation and issues. Congratulations, Kyle Brown.
